Instead of Drag and drop elements from Left panel need to provide an Drag and drop feature for Existing elements so that it can be able to rearrange outside the column.

currently rearrangement feature is available within column. but need to provide an drag and drop for universal column. For example: There is an 1:2:3:1 email row template is there, and in 1 column there is an image need to place in 3 row 3 column then in current senario image need to be added and then it need to be edited again (And need to delete from 1st column) the efforts taken for the 1st column image is wasted.
